Door to Door Campaign
Eco club students held a door to door campaign on March 16. It was held to make people aware of the earth hour. The stewards were given training for this. It was a success.

Recruits Divided To Teams!!
On March 12, at 8.30 pm a meeting was held to divide the new recruits into the 5 teams of the club - reseach team, volunteer recruiting team, admin team, creative team and media team.
A team was specially selected for Project Kahthiri.

Cleaning of Rose Garden
On 2nd March 2013, we have cleaned the rose garden. It was done by the members of the club after coming back from the Saturday Market, where we sold the lettuces.
Yippeeeeee...............
On March 2, 2013, we have cut the lettuce plants. The first plant was cut by Deputy Principal Mr.Ali Ismail , followed by Riyaz sir, Sobah sir and the club members.
With the grace of Allah, all the lettuces were sold in the Saturday Market. For 84 lettuces we got total of 880 rufiyaa.
In this opportunity we would like to thank British Council, Bakuru sir and Mujaahid sir for their full support in Kahthiri Project.
Now we have planted the second batch of the lettuce plants.

Inauguration of Ecoclub
The ecoclub was inaugurated on 14 february 2013 along with several other clubs and associations of the school.
After the election, Sharafiyaa Ibrahim of 11-B was elected as the president and she gave her address as the president of ecoclub and announced the executive committee members.

Eco Club Meeting - 07/02/2013
This meeting was held at 4.15 pm. In the meeting:
The hydroponic system was cleaned.
The system was set, which includes addition of water and fertilizers.
The lettuce plants were transferred to the system.
The next meeting will be held on 08/02/2013, Friday 4.15 pm.

Ecoclub meeting - 6/2/2013
A meeting was held for all ecoclub members at 4:15pm. The main tasks of the day were:
1- Arranging the cucumber plants in an orderly manner with all plants evenly spaced and the bags semi-buried in soil
2- treating the cucumber plants with eco-friendly fertilizer and pesticides
3- Cleaning the hydrophonic system
